The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Exec Chef to join a luxury SE QLD property.

Leading the five star culinary team for their hatted restaurant you will have a passion for local produce and a true paddock to plate philosophy.

Your Background

To be considered for the role you will be experienced in working within a hatted or Michelin star restaurant and be knowledge about current food trends and local produce.

Experience in a senior kitchen leadership role is a must.
