This leader in its field is not looking for your run of the mill Executive Chef.   They are hungry for a DYNAMIC, INSPIRATIONAL EXECUTIVE CHEF that will produce AMAZING menus to knock the socks off their clientele.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Managing a talented brigade, you will be responsible for creating amazing menus and experiences for their modern & cool hotel, as well as corporate functions and cocktails.

• Experience as head chef preferably working in a premium modern restaurant or 5 star hotel
• Understanding of WHS and HACCP practices
