Having just gone through a major refurbishment, this stunning modern Italian/Grill restaurant located in the heart of the CBD is looking for a talented Head Chef to take the reigns. Based in this gorgeous  5 Star Hotel, you will enjoy working with one of Australia's most iconic celebrity Director of Culinary, this role will see you exchanging ideas with like minded, inspirational Chefs! Working with the freshest of produce you will be reinventing dishes that excite the palate.
