Overlooking Sydney's gorgeous waterways, this luxurious 5 star hotel stands apart from the rest. The cellar door offers patrons over 1500 bottles and are looking for their next sommelier with a passion for good food and wine to join the team.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- You will work in a friendly team orientated environment providing exceptional customer service
- Liaise with the restaurant manager and head chef to be across all items on the menu which change with the seasons.
- Work in a fast paced environment where you have over exclusive bottles from the cellar door to showcase to customers.
What you need to succeed
- The ideal candidate will have strong passion for Customer service excellence and a keen eye for detail.
- 1+ year experience as a sommelier
- Passion for great food, wine and fine dining.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Fantastic team work skills
