Experienced in managing luxury hotels or ready for that step?
We are searching for a dynamic, professional Hotel Manager looking to move to greener pastures.
This Auckland based property is renowned for its superior service, excellent facilities including varied event spaces and a signature restaurant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running all areas of the hotel - Sales, Front Office and Operations.
- Working closely with the Executive Chef and managing the F&B direction.
- Developing and maintaining business relationships locally to help attract and secure new business
- Mentoring and developing staff
- Liaising with key stakeholders
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience running a successful hotel
- Proven experience as GM or EAM including F&B experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivation and enthusiasm for the role
