HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

Experienced in managing luxury hotels or ready for that step?

We are searching for a dynamic, professional Hotel Manager looking to move to greener pastures.

THE COMPANY

This Auckland based property is renowned for its superior service, excellent facilities including varied event spaces and a signature restaurant.

THE ROLE

Key responsibilities include:

  • Running all areas of the hotel - Sales, Front Office and Operations.
  • Working closely with the Executive Chef and managing the F&B direction.
  • Developing and maintaining business relationships locally to help attract and secure new business
  • Mentoring and developing staff
  • Liaising with key stakeholders

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience running a successful hotel

  • Proven experience as GM or EAM including F&B experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivation and enthusiasm for the role
