They are currently seeking a talented LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, to lead their professional and dynamic team.

THE ROLE:

• Work closely with Department Heads to identify training needs
• Administer, maintain & improve current L&D platform
• Develop training programs to address the hotel needs
• Facilitate induction & training sessions for all new employees

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Previous experience as an L&D or Training Manager within a Luxury Hotel environment
• Formal qualifications in business, training, or related field
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
