ABOUT YOUR NEW EMPLOYER

They are currently seeking a talented LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, to lead their professional and dynamic team.
- Work closely with Department Heads to identify training needs
- Administer, maintain & improve current L&D platform
- Develop training programs to address the hotel needs
- Facilitate induction & training sessions for all new employees
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous experience as an L&D or Training Manager within a Luxury Hotel environment
- Formal qualifications in business, training, or related field
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
