• With your knowledge of retail travel and your ability to handle escalated client issues you will have a calm approach and be able to handle difficult situations as they arise.
• Your effective mentoring ability and love of the travel industry will be evident whilst you develop your team members
• Previous retail travel consulting experience and GDS skills a must.
