YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food preparation
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff
- Provide creative input into menu planning each season
What you need to succeed
- The ideal candidate will have strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail.
- 2+ years of culinary or kitchen management experience in a luxury hotel
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
