YOUR DAY TO DAY

 

  •  Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food preparation
  • Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
  • Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff
  • Provide creative input into menu planning each season

 

What you need to succeed

  • The ideal candidate will have strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail.
  • 2+ years of culinary or kitchen management experience in a luxury hotel
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
