You'll be responsible for handling a range of events from BBQs to fine dining, seated and more for corporate, wedding and private events.
What will you be doing?
- Take on an operational role and work closely with the executive chef in running and motivating the talented brigade
- Training and development of kitchen members
- Menu development
- Ordering and stocktaking
- Maintaining impressive standards and techniques
- Work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster
Do you tick these boxes?
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP within a hotel banqueting team or catering company
- Manual driver's licence
- Strong communication and leadership skills
