ROLE & BUSINESS
The role lies with a very well know brand in Australia who have long been known not just for luxury travel, because they do much more than that, but for their genuine and attentive service. These business are renown for running purely through word of mouth, referrals and repeats.
Your role within this particular store will be to bring your best level of customers service combined with any luxury and travel knowledge you have and book exciting trips for your customers! Don't stress! You will be taking over flow and assisting with those customers of agents who are on holidays so whilst you wont be holding the fort solo, you will be working with your friendly and supportive team to make sure your customers have a engaging, positive and exciting experience the second they get in contact with you. On that! This store is more of an office than a retail store so there will be more phone and email than face to face.
- 12 Months retail experience
- Some experience with Luxury brands
- Must be able to use SABRE
- Be driven by service and not $$ - this is not about commission, but service and value.
