WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Basic Global Distribution System (GDS) knowledge
• Basic Fares & Ticketing knowledge
• Strong sales focused with excellent phone manner
• Passionate customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
